At DORTO MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality doorstep car detailing services, but if you are not completely satisfied with your service, we offer a free refund policy under the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for a Refund

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • If the confirmed booking has been done and there is no availability of professionals due to some unexpected reason
  • If an issue was reported due to service done within 30 minutes of service completion
  • The appointment was canceled by us due to operational issues, and no rescheduling option was provided
  • A double payment was deducted due to a system error
  • The refund was approved for a prior complaint, but the amount was not processed
2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after service completion
  • Issues reported after 30 minutes of service completion
  • Pre-existing damages to the vehicle not caused by our service
  • Unavailability of the vehicle at the scheduled time leading to service cancellation
  • Customer dissatisfaction based on personal preference, not a genuine service issue
  • Issues caused by weather conditions after service completion
3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a complaint via our app or customer support within 30 minutes of service completion
  2. Provide photos/videos as evidence of the issue (if applicable)
  3. Our team will review your request within 24 hours and process the refund if eligible
  4. The refunded amount would be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 4 days
4. Refund Method
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7 working days after approval
  • If payment was made via cash, the refund will be issued through Wallet Transfer within working days
